Here at 80s Casuals we are honoured to work with the finest
brand of the casuals era, FILA.

Started by the Fila brothers 1911 in the shadow of the Italian Alps. The company grew from fabric production into producing under-garments and ultimately sportswear. The success of the Fila attired by Bjorn Borg throughout the 70s took the company to a zenith of success.

Its contribution to modern culture was assured with Borgs BJ range of tracksuits. Designer Pierluigi Rolando was Fila's most prominent garment designer of the era.

The design of the famous logo was assigned to Sergio Privitera in 1973 and was strongly influenced by the pop art era of the 60s. Pierluigi insisted on using Ferrari red and navy blue as corporate colours for the logo and these are still used to this day.

And now Fila is back where it belongs (thanks to the 80s revival and the likes of Nick Love's 'The Business' and 'The Firm') which is at the top of any discerning lads shopping list.
